Thanks for choosing LocalForge! By accessing localforge.dev or downloading/using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Site – localforge.dev, docs, blog, Discord, and related content.
  • Software – source code (MIT‑licensed) at github.com/localforge/localforge, plus any binaries we ship (Supporter Edition, Company Starter Kit).

2. Open‑Source License

Source code is MIT‑licensed (see /LICENSE). These Terms do not override that license.

3. Commercial Editions

Supporter pre‑built binary, presets, faster updates per‑user
Company Starter Kit 2‑h onboarding, private Slack/Discord, 60‑day SLA per‑seat

License keys are non‑transferable; resale or public reposting of paid binaries is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments handled by Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy / Paddle / Stripe.
No‑questions refunds within 14 days – email support@localforge.dev.

5. Accounts & Conduct

You're responsible for your credentials and any activity under them.
You agree not to:

  • break the law or third‑party rights
  • distribute malware or use LocalForge to harm systems
  • mine crypto on others' hardware without consent
  • impersonate, harass, or abuse others

6. "Unsafe" Flag

Commands that can damage a system (shell exec, rm ‑rf) require --unsafe.
Running with --unsafe is 100 % at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

SITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability won't exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rockbite Games LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or Software.

10. Termination

You may stop using LocalForge at any time. We may suspend access or void license keys for Terms violations.

11. Governing Law

Republic of Armenia law governs these Terms. Venue: courts of Yerevan.

12. Changes

We can modify these Terms; will post updates ≥ 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
